As a centre for training officers and election workers as well as
officials and staff of the Election Commission in the management
and conduct of elections.
3.2 As a centre for training election enforcement officers and
officers and staff of the Royal Malaysian Police on their roles
during the election campaign period, including security control
during the election period itself.
3.3 As a briefing centre for providing information on matters
relating to the Election Commission as well as information on
the management of elections to NGOs, students and organizations
both local and overseas.
3.4 As a centre for providing training, on request, to officials
and staff from other Election Management Bodies abroad which have
official liaison with the Election Commission.
3.5 As a resource
and reference centre for voter education programmes relating to
civic education and public administration.
